Let’s try and tweak some of our Bathroom Products

I want to tell you about some bathroom products that I am enjoying using at the moment. My bathroom and bedroom are my wellbeing spaces where I can indulge myself and relax after a day of exercise or working at my computer.

BALANCE ME

I have recently started using skincare products from the Balance Me range. Balance Me is a UK-based skincare brand that prides itself on using natural and organic ingredients to create products that are not only effective but also kind to the skin. Their range includes cleansers, moisturisers, serums, and body care products, all designed to nourish and hydrate the skin. The two that I am really liking are the Pre and Probiotic Cleansing Milk and the Ceramide Barrier Booster. The cleansing milk is ultra-gentle, but it gets rid of all your make-up, plus it does a light exfoliate. The ingredients include Squalane and Salicylic Acid, which help to strengthen the skin’s surface. It also contains Manuka honey and Oat Milk (a bit like my morning cappuccino!)

My second product, the Ceramide Barrier Booster, is applied to cleansed skin and before your moisturiser. It contains that wonder product Hyaluronic Acid which apparently we should all be applying as our skin ages.

These products are from the range that is perfect for sensitive skin prone to redness. It is also great for dryness which is often my problem at this time of year.

Neither of these products contains any of the nasties like sulphates, parabens etc.

ERBORIAN

Erborian is my new go-to skin-perfecting brand. I have ditched all of my foundations in favour of the Erborian CC and BB creams. And to be honest, no primer etc is needed. It is just slap-on and go. Doesn’t sound very professional but let’s face it, who has time to spend 30 minutes in front of a mirror applying lots of skin products on a daily basis? SPLAT TOOTHPASTE

My chiropractor recommended the Splat range of toothpaste to me. He is an unusual source, but since he is so well-informed on all things to do with health, I do trust him. Since using this toothpaste, I have had so many compliments on my teeth. People have asked if I have had any dental work done. However, my new bright white smile is down to Splat.

PURDY & FIGG CLEANING PRODUCTS
