I love this time of year when I can officially launch the Puzzle and Boardgame season. I really enjoy tackling a puzzle as it enables me to switch off from the madness and noise of Christmas. With all the family home it is the perfect time to also try out a new board game.

Herd Mentality is a board game all about blending in. It’s quick to learn and easy to play – even for groups of up to 20 people. For more info click HERE

Who in the room…? is an addictively entertaining party game that reveals what you and your friends really think about each other. The game has more than 300 laugh-out-loud, unexpected, and personal questions that all start with the phrase Who in the room…? Who in the room would survive the least amount of time on a desert island? Who in the room pees in the shower? Who in the room has the best voice for radio? And who in the room would have the most trouble assembling a bookcase from IKEA? For more info click HERE

Azul captures the beautiful aesthetics of Moorish art in a contemporary board game. Players compete as artisans decorating the walls of the Royal Palace of Evora. By carefully drafting the correct quantity and style of tiles, the most clever of artisans plan ahead to maximize the beauty of their work (not to mention their scores!) while ensuring they wasted no supplies in the process. LOGO: Our life is full of things! From chocolate to cereal, football to flowers – and they all have logos. It taps into the knowledge we have built up over our lives and adds a few astonishing facts and surprises to entertain the whole family. For more info click HERE

Confident? is a highly entertaining party game with questions like ‘How many slices in a loaf of bread?’. But instead of giving exact answers, you GUESS with a RANGE. The smaller your range, the more you score… if you’re correct! Everyone can play, but are you CONFIDENT enough to win? Easy Set Up – Play straight out of the box. Loved by Everyone – Mums, Dads, Kids, Adults and even Teens! Couch-Friendly – No small pieces or bending over. Just sit back and enjoy the game. Suitable for 2-30 players – great for big groups.

Who Knows Where? Race opponents to try to be the first player to travel around the world by locating famous places on the world map. This brilliant board game has over 1000 questions in 5 categories, including capitals, major cities and towns, events and facts, famous tourist sites and beautiful images of many iconic landmarks and is a great fun way to learn about our world. It’s quick and simple to play, with everyone playing all the time, so there’s no waiting around. Fun and educational with flexible rules which allow many different ways to play, making the game easier or harder and thus accessible and appealing for a broad range of ages and abilities.
