Colourful Shoes: Step Out With Confidence

The older I get, the more I love colourful shoes. One of my favourite outfits is a dark navy Winser London trouser suit (bought several years ago) which I wear with bright red loafers. And I have considerably large feet – depending on the brand anything from a size 8 to a size 9. So you’d think I would want to disguise them not show them off. But stand-out shoes make me feel a bit more youthful – as if I’m saying to the world “Hey, I’m not dead yet.”

Mandarina – a shoe brand we have long championed. Quirky, top quality, original footwear. It’s a wonderful website for interesting shoes.

As I say, colourful shoes are definitely an accessory you should consider. They make a change from reaching for safer colours like brown, black and navy. And by colourful I don’t necessarily mean bright pink or red. Pastel colours have equal impact.
