6 weeks until Christmas so let’s get started with our gift shopping

November 12, 2021

This article was written for Annabel & Grace, which is now part of Rest Less.

I am not an organised person when it comes to Christmas and so I last minute shop which inevitably means I spend too much as I am desperate just to get it done. So this year I am determined to get organised early on and six weeks before the big day is acceptable. With all of the gifts mentioned below they are just one click away as they are all available online.

FIFTH ORIGINS

We have featured the wonderful Infinity capes from Fifth Origins, from £121, before in our online magazine (click HERE) however, Fifth Origins have some other great products. Many of them are perfect if your friends are starting to plan some travel for 2022.

Of course the infinity cape is great for travelling, to keep warm on the plane and as an extra layer on cooler evenings. Another travel gift would be the infinity towel wrap, reduced to £28 with a range of colours.

Everyone will find a use for one of these reversible muslin throw blankets £69 and it would make a lovely addition to any home. Finally their natural, vegan, handmade range of soaps and scrubs are just perfect presents. I love the rhododendron and rose 4-pack for £26.

And we have a Fifth Origins 10% discount code for A&G readers – AG10

KETTLEWELL COLOURS

THOUGHT CLOTHING

Thought Clothing’s mission statement: “We’re committed to considered design, responsible sourcing, and fostering change. What drives us is our mission to live more thoughtfully – something we hope to inspire you to do too.

We are great fans of their simplistic, totally wearable styles. They are ageless but each piece has had a lot of thought put into it so they live up to their name.

FREDDIE’S FLOWERS

What a wonderful gift to be sent a home delivery subscription from Freddie’s Flowers and with our 50% discount code – FLOWERLOVE50 – on the first two boxes it makes a perfect present. Freddie’s Flowers also sell beautiful vases and flower arranging accessories.

ANTHROPOLOGIE UK

Anthropologie are known for their colourful clothes however I have chosen three items from their very wide gift range. Gin is such a popular drink so these glasses will be welcomed by anyone. The Minipresso means you can have your favourite coffee on the go. Finally a very stylish cake stand that doubles up as a bowl and platter.

BOOKS

If you have someone who loves cooking but also loves any recipe that is time-saving then this latest cookbook from Rukmini Iyer is a must-have. We have reviewed all of her cookbooks and they are all equally brilliant.

Miss Dior by Justine Picardie is a fascinating historical story of the beloved youger sister of Christian Dior, Catherine. Justine Picardie’s journey takes her to Occupied Paris, where Christian honed his couture skills while Catherine dedicated herself to the French Resistance, until she was captured by the Gestapo and deported to the German concentration camp of Ravensbrück. A fascinating story.

Finally Jeremy Clarkson’s book is the perfect gift for anyone who loved his TV series. For me it was the best TV of 2021 and I cannot wait for series 2.

We are adding new gift selections every week so if you would like some more inspiration for Christmas, click HERE

If you buy something, we may earn an affiliate commission for which Annabel and I are very grateful and use to fund the running costs of this free-to-all website.
