There are a few products that I have recently been road-testing which all come under the heading Wellbeing, i.e. good for our bodies. There is so much out there that could benefit our health, but it is the sifting through that we do to find the best so that you don’t waste your money, and they can then become your lifestyle essentials as they have mine.
TURMERIC+ GOLD
Grace and I have long been advocates of products from FutureYou Cambridge as they are science-backed formulations. One of my Lifestyle Essentials Magnesium+ supplements, which I continue to take daily as without them, I feel lethargic and tired far too often; I then read a report that said the spice known as turmeric might be the most effective nutritional supplement in existence. LOOK FABULOUS FOREVER *NEW* LONG-LASTING LIPSTICK
Lipstick may not be considered a health item but, after 15 months of working from home and mask-wearing, lipsticks have been put to the back of our make-up drawer. However, it looks like these rules will be lifted on 19th July, so ladies, it is time to get your lippie out.
Long-lasting lipstick has been anathema to me because it has always dried my lips out, run into those age lines around my lips and generally been a waste of money. So I have tended to steer clear of them and used normal lipsticks, which I keep applying. SKINCEUTICALS MINERAL EYE UV DEFENSE SUNSCREEN
I have very sensitive eyes and I can never apply sunscreen anywhere near my eyes as when I sweat and it runs into my eyes they become sore and will stream. However, playing tennis or doing anything outdoors means I must wear an SPF around my eyes especially if I am not wearing sunglasses.

I have had a Jade Beauty Restorer for a long time which I used occasionally but failed to get into the habit of using twice daily.
