GOODMOVE
I realised the other day just how tired and faded my yoga gear was. So when I spotted that M&S has introduced a new range of exercise clothing called GoodMove, I had a browse on their website. I collected my new purchases from my local M&S and am delighted with them. The materials feel good next to my skin and they have both machine washed well – did not shrink or otherwise change shape.

Just wish brands that sell exercise gear would design for the older woman occasionally – have been looking for a flattering top and leggings set in a fun colour (other than the ubiquitous grey) and had no luck – perhaps M&S could oblige in the future?
