I am normally a great sleeper but during the recent hot weather both my husband and I found getting to sleep much more difficult than usual. So it is fortuitous that Life Armour sent me these drops of slumber+. You just squeeze ½ – 1 pipette directly under your tongue 20 minutes before bed. And the rest as they say is history as we both had the most blissful night of sleep.
I only use these drops if I have a very busy day the next day and so I want a good night’s sleep. I don’t use them every night as I am normally a good sleeper.
