mint & yoghurt dressing

  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar

  • 3 tbsp yoghurt

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 4-5 large mint leaves chopped

  • salt & pepper, to taste

  • GREEN HERB VINAIGRETTE
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard

  • small handful of chopped parsley/chervil/tarragon

  • 1 tbsp cider vinegar

  • 3 tbsp oil

  • salt & pepper, to taste

  • ORANGE & HONEY DRESSING
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tsp runny honey

  • 1 tbsp orange juice

  • 3 tbsp oil

  • salt & pepper, to taste

  • CAESAR SALAD DRESSING
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped

  • 3 anchovy fillets, finely chopped

  • 1 egg yolk

  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 tbsp sunflower oil

  • Juice from 1 lemon

  • salt & pepper, to taste

  • MISO DRESSING
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

  • 2 tbsp sweet white miso

  • 3 tbsp untoasted sesame oil

  • juice from half a lime

  • salt, to taste

Directions

  • Choose your recipe and put everything in a jam jar. Screw the lid on tight and shake until it all emulsifies and comes together.
