We thought it was a good time to discuss sun protection even though as I write I am sitting in a polo-neck having spent a day in London dodging rain showers. Notwithstanding this, we asked Jade, The Skin Specialist to explain that even though the sun may not be shining and we may not be outdoors we still need to wear SPF. However, there is a minefield of products on the market.
