First up on our shopping spree at Marks & Spencer are these two Trench coats which are both Stormwear™ Grace is wearing the cotton blend belted trench coat £55 whilst I am wearing the Cotton Rich Stormwear™ Var Coat £65. Both are available in other colours. Perfect for this time of year when it is a bit wet but not so cold.
Grace is also wearing a Tweed tailored double breasted blazer £79.

Ready steady go - Grace went behind the camera to photo The Page Turner and me shopping in @planetorganic
We love their Keto bread by @keto_pro but sadly they no longer stock it ☹️ It is the best wheat free bread
However they have lots of other artisan breads. And the freshly made smoothies and juices are the best.
Whilst their fruit and veg is more expensive than in the local supermarket it tastes so much better and has no plastic packaging!
At the back of the store they have a large supplement section and a skincare section. We are so lucky to have a Planet Organic store in our small town so we need to keep supporting it.

Lovely lunch @foodsbypavilion Henley-on-Thames.
We are so lucky with all these wonderful eateries offering home cooked healthy food in a friendly environment. Every small town has them. Grace and I love to support local businesses and shop and eat locally when we can.
Pavilion Foods has a deli with artisan breads and take-away food. We need to keep our towns alive.
Has anyone any good suggestions for small eateries near where they live?

Over the past 8 years we have often featured Hope Fashion in our fashion posts. We have become friends with Nayna and her team and have loved what she has done with this brand. She understands older women and how they want to still be seen and look stylish. She has helped so many women regain their confidence with clothes that enhance their body shapes.
