It’s very tricky to recommend skincare products to you lovely A&G readers because our complexions and requirements are all quite different. But there is a brand that I feel I really need to tell you about. I was introduced a couple of years ago to Temple Spa by way of their night cream, Repose. I am still using it. I have a couple of other brands that moisturise almost as well, but Repose does a little more than that…
Apart from being a vitamin-rich, anti-ageing moisturiser, Repose has a spa-like fragrance ((a blend of hops valerian, chamomile, frankincense, lavender, patchouli, geranium, bitter orange and clary essential oils) which is so calming and relaxing. Particularly good if you are stressed and needing a good night’s sleep. Sounds interesting? Well, that’s not all, Temple Spa is much more than one award-winning product.
First things first. Exactly who is behind the brand? Well, it is the brainchild of Liz and Mark Warom who run this hugely successful business from their home in West Sussex. They both have 40+ years experience in skincare – having previously developed ranges for both The Body Shop and Richard Branson. They quit corporate life and spent a year travelling in the Mediterranean in order to restore, repair and be inspired again. Which they were and the idea for Temple Spa, a brand strongly informed by the Mediterranean way of life, was born.
