Ripe avocado, peeled and sliced
Ready to eat black rice or Merchant Gourmet ready to eat Beluga lentils
Salmon fillet, cooked
How to prepare
Break up the salmon fillet into bite size pieces and mix with the avocado and black rice. Season to taste. A squeeze of fresh lemon juice brings it all together.
