Yoga for Beginners: Session 2 ~ a 10 minute stretch & strengthen routine

Following our first Yoga 10 minute wake-up and stretch routine that we shared via video on YouTube we have had lots of requests for yoga for beginners ‘session 2’.

Sadly we are now isolated so I could not join Maddy, however, she has filmed a routine for all of us to enjoy. I know lots of you are following the first video daily which can only be of benefit to both your mind and body.

Yoga helps me in so many ways. It is calming for my mind which we need in bucket loads right now and it also keeps my body moving. I can now do movements that I never thought I could. Over the past 10 months that I have practised yoga with Maddy I have also seen a dramatic improvement with my body strength. It solves all my little niggling aches and pains. Maddy always has the perfect exercise to target different stress points.

In an advanced position but if this lockdown goes on for many months then we may be able to do this too (In my dreams!)
